Americans around the world mark Veterans Day


Since it is Veterans Day it is only appropriate to post this :)

I paid my dues today and went by the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno. Although I didn't see too mnay people there, it was nice to drive by there.

While I do not always support the military, it is undeniable that our army does its best to protect the people of America and make sure that countries do not invade. There are certainly ups and downs with the system regarding the military, but I am grateful for those who were willing to go out and fight, and for those who have lost their lives in the process of doing so.

Yes the military has its ups and downs, but I'd like to just say that I am grateful for those who served and are still serving.

Having the courage and the determination to stand up for your country, knowing your whole world could disappear before your eyes in a second is something to be desired. To all the soldiers and veterans in America, you have my full respect and will never be forgotten.
