Prop 8 Judge Steps Down

The recently overturned case regarding Prop 8 banning same - sex marriages in California has announced his stepping down from the bench.  He said that he was grateful for 21 years of judicial service, but is ready to step down, and return to the private sector.  His announcement makes some people question the validity of where Prop 8 is going.  Whether or not you believe in yes or no for this proposition, it has been a hot topic to fight from both sides and will possibly continue to ravage California ethics, issues and politics for many years since the judge who deemed it unconstitutional is stepping down.  Whether or not this stepping down will have an effect is questionable, but one thing is for certain.  We haven't heard the last of PROP 8!
