Ohio--the deal breaker?

Based on the current exit polls, Ohio has been taken by Obama.
No Republican candidate who has won the election has ever lost Ohio.
Is this bad news forshadowing for McCain?

Still, more states to come, it could still sway either way.

Honestly this one REALLY suprised me, I never would have pinned Ohio going blue.

I say this only because I was just back there, in cities like Troy, and even parts of Columbus there were rows and rows and rows of McCain Palin signs... Then again Obama fought really hard for Ohio, I believe the statistic was something like... 33% of all big city Ohio residents were visited by an Obama campaigner.

Edit: Time's web journalists posted a very nice article discussing Obama's Ohio campaign. It is definitely worth checking out (also very relevant to the last two chapters we've been reading :P)
