Magn-easy-um

Magnesium is an important part of a healthy diet and one of the most abundant minerals found in the body. Too much stress can cause magnesium levels to drop, but having a healthy amount helps to regulate blood pressure and prevents heart disease. Eating processed foods and getting too much exercise can reduce magnesium levels. Halibut, leafy greens and supplements can help you have enough magnesium. It's finals week! Don't stress too much!

I never knew too much exercise could really hurt you. This is also a good alternative to the typical, get a good nights sleep and eat a big breakfast. That's still important, but too bad halibut isn't really a breakfast food.
