Congress talked about considering a new Stimulus bill already?

The democrats denied the fact that they were going to start on a new stimulus bill but Nancy Pelosi said that more money might be needed. What is this a sign of? Some people have stated that this might show some weakness in the Democrats in the fact that they realize slowly that the first one is failing. I for one think that the first stimulus was using too much money and putting the future Americans in a huge amount of debt to pay back in the future. I think its wrong and that they should have spent more time on the first one before actually passing it. Some talk of a second one, even though the democrats denied, makes me wonder if the American governmental system is actually working correctly and the people within the positions of the Congress and executive branch are carrying out their duty as representatives of the nation. What do you guys think of it?
