Since Schindler's List has been institutionalized into our department curriculum for some time now, I thought some of you might be interested in this L.A. Times article about the passing of Leon Leyson, the last of the surviving Schindler Jews. He was the youngest person on the list and was 10 when the war started, which suggests that Spielberg took a little creative license in his depiction.
