This leads back to Obama unfortunately promising the country that they could keep their plans if they were satisfied with them. In addition, "insurers cannot discriminate for preexisting conditions and must cover mental health, maternity care, and other areas," but it is seen that some other companies are withdrawing their care from states that have a lower amount of subscribers, in order to save money.
