hm...that's an interesting question. We've always only had a first lady since all previous presidents have been men...
According to Wikipedia ( which is a very reliable source... of course ) it goes...
President (male) & First Lady
President (female) & First Gentleman or First Consort
First Family for the President's...family
And VP (male) & Second Lady
and vice-versa...
I was actually wondering about this when Hilary Clinton was running. I guess First Gentleman sounds a little better than First Man. =)
